Advance is a charitable organisation providing housing, support and employment services to meet the needs of people in the community who have either a learning disability or mental health needs. Advance does this as a registered housing association, a national provider of support services, and an accredited provider of employment services.

Alternative Futures

Alternative Futures provides person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in the North West of England. We are committed to delivering services which support our service users to live fulfilled, exciting lives as part of their local community. Wherever possible, we involve the individual service user in the selection of the people who will support them. Our services are normally commissioned by NHS Trusts & Local Authorities and may be accessed through GP/Social Service referral.

Anxiety UK

Anxiety UK is a user-led organisation, run by current and previous sufferers of anxiety disorders, supported by a high profile advisory panel. We work regularly with external agencies and healthcare professionals to improve services for those living with anxiety disorders. We also campaign to raise awareness of anxiety disorders.

Basildon Mind

Basildon Mind is affiliated to national Mind. For over 40 years we have been helping people who experience mental distress to be empowered to gain a better quality of life. As well as providing a range of services, support and advice to people with mental distress, we provide information to professionals, carers, family and friends.

We understand the complexity of mental health issues that impact on individual wellbeing and provide a non-judgemental, non-clinical which is focused on listening to the person whose life is being affected.

Birmingham Mind

Birmingham Mind is affiliated to National Mind. We offer high quality recovery based services to adults and older adults in the Midlands. All of our services are individualised, person-centred and deliver valued outcomes. We passionately believe that everyone has the right to live lives that are meaningful and which enable them to reach their full potential as individuals. Our vision – promoting and providing high quality support for those experiencing mental distress.

Bridge Mental Health

Bridge Mental Health provide a full range of services from 24-hour supported living to floating support for individuals from a broad range of cultures and backgrounds. Our co-ordinated approach to care provision means that we work in close collaboration with local authorities, clinical teams, community mental health groups and with the family and friends of the client whenever possible. Through our services we are able to provide a clear, proven pathway for people with long term and enduring mental health needs.

Cam-mind

Cam-mind is affiliated to National Mind. We are Cambridge’s oldest mental health charity, providing support to people with mental health problems since 1908. We support local mental health service users on their road to recovery by offering a broad range of community-based projects, all designed to help re-build confidence, provide social support and prevent isolation.

Cam-mind is committed to raising awareness of mental health issues and to tackling the stigma and discrimination that is often the biggest barrier to recovery.

Care in Mind

Care in Mind works with local people to improve conditions by supporting them towards better physical and emotional wellbeing. We also aim to increase their confidence and self-esteem and provide opportunities for them to volunteer with us in order to help us shape our services and help them to achieve their personal goals.

The Centre for Better Health

The Centre for Better Health is a community-based charity in Hackney that promotes well-being and supports recovery from mental distress through services that have been developed over 50 years, based on local need.

We support people with a wide range of issues through an affordable and professional counselling service.

Our courses and workshops offer the chance to rediscover skills and interests or develop new ones, building confidence, self-belief and ambition in a setting which promotes a mix of individuals.

Certitude

Certitude is a social care group which supports people with mental health needs and learning disabilities living within London and the Home Counties. Certitude’s provider organisations are Southside Partnership and Support for Living. Our services are progressive and wide-ranging. They are focussed on improving the lives of the people we suppoprt and increasing their independence.
