Aims:

To oversee and facilitate the collaborative Forum Out of Area Treatments initiative to:

  • Demonstrate cost savings for commissioners, increase value for users and carers and increase accountability of services currently provided out of area.
  • Demonstrate the value of Forum members working together, enabling members to provide a more coherent offer to commissioners. It will provide a learning exercise, develop relationships and build trust.
  • Increase the engagement with commissioners, enable better use of existing resources and more forward planning for future services.

All Forum working groups are open to representatives from member organisations.
