In 2008 the three Cambridgeshire Minds (Cam-Mind, Peterborough & Fenland Mind and us) came together to form the Cambridgeshire Minds Partnership and as a result the Home and Community Support Service was formed for the whole of Cambridgeshire. The Home and Community Support service is designed to allow service users to maintain their independence in the community and therefore are able to continue their journey to recovery.
With the exception of the Home and Community Support and Counselling Services, our opening times are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and there is a 24 hour answer machine to take any telephone calls outside of these times.
Our website provides a list of all the services we offer as well as details of other local organisations that can provide further help in a crisis. |
