MHPF is led by a board of chief executives elected from across our membership. The Chair of the organisation is Elaine Parker-Johnson, CE of Making Space, Vice-Chair is Gary Lashko, CE of Carr-Gomm. The Company Secretary is Judy Weleminsky, Chief Executive of the Forum.

Member chief executives are voted to the board based on the organisational size that their annual turnover represents. This means that the needs of the various sized voluntary sector organisations delivering services across the country are represented at the highest level of the Forum. It also ensures that all of the work that we do to shape developments across mental health remains sensitive to how our different sized member organisations operate in relation to the wider sector.

The present Board was elected during the Forum’s first AGM on 13 December 2006. MHPF Board meetings are open to members to attend and the agendas, minutes and papers are posted here for members to read. The memorandum and articles of association are available in the Governance document library.

If you have any comments on the papers please contact Judy Weleminsky: j.weleminsky@mhpf.org.uk
