The Amended Mental Health Act
This one-day masterclass provides an overview of the main changes to the Mental Health Act 1983 made by the Mental Health Act 2007. The day will include working through case studies based on the main interactions that a mental health professional will have with a service user (from diagnosis to discharge and treatment in the community) and look at the practical implication of the changes.

- Changes to consent in treatment provisons
