Edward supports a range of projects across MHPF. His role involves supporting the communication and networking between members of the Mental Health Strategic Partnership Board, the wider Strategic Programme partners and the Department of Health, to ensure information on developments and changes in Government Legislation concerning mental health is channelled through to those who require it.
Edward also supports MHPF’s sub-groups and workshops including: Psychological Therapies, the Employment Network, Service User leads and HR and Learning & Development. Edward also provides administrative support to the MHPF Board, alongside being central support for some day to day office operations for the whole MHPF staff team.
Edward has a background in social policy research and began his work at MHPF as an intern before becoming a full member of staff as part of the Evaluating the Effectiveness of Psychological Therapies Project. Edward has also been involved with the Recovery Star and has provided information and advice to organisations.
Edward has a degree in Psychology (2:1 BSc) from the University of Plymouth.
